Al Mariah

This sub-community is composed of villas and townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms. All of the units feature expansive layouts and designs inspired by traditional Persian architecture. Residents are welcome to buy or rent properties in Al Mariah. All houses in the Al Mariah neighborhood feature expansive living rooms, dining areas, 1 or 2 bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures and accessories, guest rooms, and fully furnished kitchens with an American-style design.
