Aldhay by Bloom Holding

Aldhay is a state-of-the-art residential development by Bloom Holding that is part of the family-oriented gated community of Bloom Gardens. For this prestigious project, the developer has been awarded the Arabian Property Awards Development in the Best Residential Development (2020–2021). Currently, Aldhay is under construction, and its estimated completion date is Q3 2023. The project will consist of townhouses with 2–5 bedrooms, with the total living area of units ranging from 1,334 sq. ft to 3,498 sq. ft. Residences come with a spacious kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas, large bedrooms and walk-in closets. Each townhouse also offers covered parking spaces for a minimum of two cars. There is also a maid’s bedroom in townhouses with 3–5 bedrooms, and five-bedroom units have three floors with a spacious roof-terrace at the top. The developer pays special attention to the interior design of residences, using laminated wood, polished granite and ceramic tiles throughout. The facades of the townhouses will be painted in neutral colours and noble shades of beige, grey and brown. The area around Aldhay will be full of lush greenery, palm trees and broad-leaved trees that will create pleasant shade spots on hot days, although each townhouse will have a private garden where owners can set up their own recreation area and private sanctuary.
