Bloom Living by Bloom Holding

Bloom Living is a Mediterranean-inspired residential community by Bloom Holding, which is part of the Abu Dhabi based developer, National Holding. Presented in Q1 2022, the new development will cover an enormous area of 23,6M sq. ft and will seamlessly combine a traditional Spanish design with contemporary finishings. Bloom Living is located in Zayed City, and will feature over 4,500 homes, such as apartments, villas and townhouses, becoming the largest project in the real estate portfolio of Bloom Holding so far. Investors can also buy land plots here. The community will be built in various phases, and in Q1 2022, Bloom Holding released its first phase, called Cordoba. Cordoba comprises 2–3 bedroom townhouses and detached 3–6 bedroom villas, with a total living area ranging from 1,325 sq. ft to 5,538 sq. ft. Set along beautiful palm tree-lined avenues, each residence in this phase will feature two levels, with a 2-car garage at the front, a secluded garden/patio in the backyard, a well-equipped kitchen, a dressing room in the master bedroom, and built-in wardrobes in all other bedrooms, alongside a maid’s room. In addition, owners of 4–6 bedroom villas will have a driver’s room at their disposal on the ground floor as well.
