About the Project

Bloom Living is a Mediterranean-inspired residential community by Bloom Holding, which is part of the Abu Dhabi based developer, National Holding. Presented in Q1 2022, the new development will cover an enormous area of 23,6M sq. ft and will seamlessly combine a traditional Spanish design with contemporary finishings. Bloom Living is located in Zayed City, and will feature over 4,500 homes, such as apartments, villas and townhouses, becoming the largest project in the real estate portfolio of Bloom Holding so far. Investors can also buy land plots here. The community will be built in various phases, and in Q1 2022, Bloom Holding released its first phase, called Cordoba.
