Etihad Towers by ACC

Etihad Towers is a mixed-use complex located on the well-known Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi. The development consists of five buildings that vary in height from 60 to 80 floors. The project was developed by ACC, and the architectural design was implemented by DBI Design, with construction starting in 2006 and completed in 2011. Tower 1 includes the Conrad Abu Dhabi, which is a five-star resort hotel that has a height of 280 metres. Residents who live in the overall development can enjoy onsite restaurants and bars that serve different cuisines from all around the world. Properties in the residential buildings offer a total of 885 residential units, including studios and 1–5 bedroom apartments, with apartments ranging in size from 722 sq. ft to 3,000 sq. ft. There are also serviced apartments with 1–3 bedrooms included within the development. Tower 3 offers commercial real estate, including offices and meeting rooms, with units varying in size, and can accommodate up to 2,200 guests.
