Julphar Residence is an upscale 23-storey residential project by Ras Al Khaimah's largest listed real estate developer; RAK Properties. Nestled in the City of Lights on Al Reem Island, the development is designed to reflect the island's surroundings, with blue glass finishes that are skillfully combined with neutral sandy tones of the stone facade.
