Landmark Tower is a 72-storey mixed-use complex, which is located in Al Hisn. The project was developed by BuroHappold Engineering, and the architectural design was implemented by the American company Pelli Clarke and Associates. Properties include 1–4 bedroom apartments that are available to both buy and rent. Units feature panoramic windows, closed kitchens and marble bathrooms, and residents can enjoy beautiful views of Corniche Beach and Corniche Road. Apartments range in size from a very generous 1,100 sq. ft to 3,200 sq. ft.
