Noya by Aldar Properties

Noya on Yas Island is a residential complex developed by Aldar Properties that is located right in the central part of Yas Island, next to the Yas Gateway Park. The master plan of the project includes 510 units, consisting of 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas. Layouts of villas and townhouses come with a maid’s room, an allocated parking space and a terrace. Residences will be designed in light colours with natural shades, and will have highly reflective roofing material, high-performance glazing and insulation, as well as LED lighting fixtures that will be used in the construction. Completion of Noya is scheduled for the third quarter of 2023.
