Oasis Residences Two by Reportage Properties

The Oasis Residences Two project, developed by Reportage Properties, is located in an innovative area of Abu Dhabi — Masdar City. The complex is a nine-storey building featuring 304 residential units, including 1–3 bedroom apartments and duplexes ranging in size from 475 sq. ft to 2,287 sq. ft. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including kitchen cabinets, a fridge, a cooker and a washing machine. Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms and stone or ceramic-designed floors are also provided throughout the units. The building is served by four large lifts, and central air conditioning and cooling systems are provided for the comfort of residents. The project was designed with the latest technology aimed at reducing environmental pollution. The electricity is sourced from its own solar panel station, while a unique wind tower constantly takes the cooler air out of the upper atmosphere and extinguishes it out onto the streets, which is why the temperature in the mini city is lower than in the nearby areas. The buildings have also been constructed close together, which creates a large area of overshadowing and a terracotta wall protects against the sandy air.
