One Reem Island by SAAS Properties

One Reem Island is an apartment complex by the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, SAAS Properties. The project consists of two eight-storey towers with coral coloured facades, paying tribute to traditional local Arab villages. The total number of chic residences is 63. Properties are presented by 2–4 bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. The living areas of the apartments range from 1,535 sq. ft to 4,057 sq. ft, and the penthouses range from 4,101 sq. ft to 4,768 sq. ft. The design of the bedrooms in the complex of One Reem Island will combine ultra-sleek minimalist style and warm colour palettes. Residences in the development will contain sleek balconies with natural stone walls and floors. Apartments in One Reem Island will have a smart home system, which allows residents to control household devices with the touch of a button. To ensure the maximum security of the homeowners, the master developer plans to include smart locks, outdoor cameras and security cameras in every residence.
