The Park View residential complex is located on Saadiyat Island, in one of Abu Dhabi's most sought-after and fastest-growing areas. The project consists of two buildings with glazed facades, that house 217 hotel apartments and 207 residences. Interested buyers can choose from contemporary studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms. Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, built-in closets in the bedrooms and air conditioning. The number of bathrooms vary from 1 to 4, depending on the type of property.
