Perla I

There are 190 residential units in the building with a total of 83 2-bedroom duplex apartments, 97 3-bedroom duplex residences and 9 4-bedroom townhouses. Additionally there will only be one 5-bedroom duplex apartment in the tower. All duplex residences in Perla 1 have upper and lower floors with a living/dining area, washroom and kitchen on the lower storey in all apartments. The layout of the 3-bedroom duplex apartments of ‘type-G’ also includes a maid’s room with an en-suite washroom on the lower floor. A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the lower storey in 3-bedroom duplex residences of ‘type-F’. The master bedroom, washroom, dressing area, bathroom, living or dining area, kitchen and balcony are situated on the lower floor in the 5-bedroom duplex apartment. The layout of the upper floor in 2, 3 and 5-bedroom duplex residences includes both the bedrooms and bathrooms. A 3-bedroom duplex apartment of type-B, type-C and type-D also has a dressing area on the upper storey and there are storage rooms and 3 dressing areas on the upper floor in a 5-bedroom duplex apartment. Four-bedroom townhouses in Perla 1 have ground, first and second floors with the layout of the ground storey comprising a kitchen, washroom, living or dining area and terraces. Bedrooms, several balconies and bathrooms are located across the first and second floors for the townhouse. The Perla 1 building offers residents various amenities such as a well-equipped gymnasium, a swimming pool for adults and one for children, landscaped areas, shaded seating zones, a BBQ area and 6 elevators. There is also allocated parking for 206 cars in Perla 1 tower.
