Tala Tower is a 49-storey residential skyscraper located in the Marina Square community on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The complex features 375 units, consisting of 1–3 bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans. The developer of the tower is one of Abu Dhabi's leading companies — Aldar Properties. All construction work on the Tala Tower project was completed in 2011. The panoramic windows of the Tala Tower Apartments overlook Marina Square, Marina Bay and the Arabian Gulf. The floor plan area of the properties ranges from 807 sq. ft to 2,100 sq. ft. Depending on the layout, apartments can have from two to five bathrooms, well-appointed open-plan kitchens, and spacious living rooms with dining areas and balconies.
