The Wave is a waterfront complex located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The developer of the building is one of the largest development companies in the emirate — Aabar Properties. The development offers 23 storeys of residential properties and a 6-storey block with offices and retail units. There are a total of 229 residential units within The Wave development, comprising 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Layouts of the premium-class apartments include an entrance hall, a living room combined with a dining area, semi-closed kitchen and bathrooms.
